All Made-in® products are proudly Australian made, utilising local manufacturers in Sydney. We source some of the worlds finest fabrics, however most of our core products utilise fabrics via Australia & Japan. 

Where are your products manufactured? 

 

I just placed an order, can I change or cancel it?

We start working on your order as soon as soon as it is placed, if you would like to make any changes to your order please contact us immediately. Please note orders are usually fulfilled by 3pm on the day of order placement or the following business day. Once the order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes. 

 

What is your exchange policy? 

If you have unhappy with the size of your garment we’ll be happy to exchange the goods as long as they are unworn and still have the labels attached, within 14 days of receiving your oder.  Please download and fill in the exchanges form and attach it with your package when you return the parcel to us. Return postage must be covered by the customer and you will be charged a redelivery fee. All sales are final, we do not accept refunds for change of mind. 

 

I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

Order confirmations often end up being marked as email spam. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records.

 

I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours of your purchase. If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder. 

 

I noticed I entered the wrong shipping details and my package is now being returned to sender, what are the next steps to have my package reshipped to me?

 

Once the package has been returned to our Warehouse, we will reach out to the customers in regards to any address issues. Once the package is returned to us, please allow 3-5 business days to reship.

How do I know what size to order?

 

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.
All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CVN.

PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order. Once your order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to made-in.store
